This smaller cake was inspired by the first mermaid cake. The castle is completely edible, made of ice cream cones dipped in white chocolate. The candy shells are also white chocolate.
This cake began with a mermaid, inspiring the theme as well as the colors. Nearly everything is edible - from the gelatin lake to the hand-made candy shells, even the sand!
The birthday girl poses with her cake - two yummy flavors, chocolate & vanilla, because sometimes a girl needs more than one option!
